Quick answers
Can I keep someone who prefers Instagram or SoundCloud in Contacts?
Yes. Save their profile link and make Instagram DM or SoundCloud their preferred contact method, even without an email address. Direct Outreach personalises your messages and the connected extension helps fill the drafts on each platform. Check the recipient and message, then click Send.
Where are tracking labels?
Tracking labels appear in Gmail Sent, not your normal inbox. Unopened means no included open has been recorded; Untracked means PitchTrack could not match a record to the message.
Do I have to add a tracked link?
Ordinary website links are tracked automatically on eligible tracked sends with Pro. The Tracked Link tool is there to insert a link, not a requirement for every link.
Can a privacy tool count as an open?
Yes. Email apps can load images in the background. PitchTrack filters some known automated activity, but it cannot always tell a privacy tool from a reader.
Is an unsubscribe link added automatically?
No. Use the unsubscribe icon in the compose toolbar to insert one. A missing link does not block sending; you are responsible for the opt-out your message requires.
