1.Open Signature and choose a layout.
2.Add your name, role, links, and any image. Hide fields you do not need.
3.Check the desktop and mobile previews.
4.Choose Save signature, then Copy signature when ready.

Another email app or dark mode may change how colours look.
Only use images and links you are allowed to share.
