Fix missing tracking or an Untracked label

Check the connection before trying a fresh test.

Steps

1.Check that Gmail and the PitchTrack dashboard show the same account.
2.If a reconnect message appears, sign in to the dashboard and return to Gmail. Use Check connection, or save your draft and refresh if asked.
3.Send a new message with Tracking on to a separate test inbox. Check any saved contact tracking choices.
4.In the test inbox, allow images and click a website link. Return to Sent and refresh the report.
5.If it still fails, contact support with the send time and a screenshot with private details removed.

Untracked means PitchTrack could not match a tracking record to that message. It is different from Unopened.
Unavailable means the status could not be loaded; it does not tell you whether the email was read.
Tracking cannot be added after an email has been sent.
Email-address links and unsubscribe links are not treated like ordinary tracked website links.
