Choose notifications and tracking settings

Keep alerts useful and review the tracking you enable.

1.Open Settings and review notification options.
2.Choose your supported alerts and check the browser's notification permission if browser alerts are missing.
3.In Gmail, use the top PitchTrack menu to pause tracking for new drafts, or the compose switch for the current message.
4.Review contact tracking choices. Switching tracking off does not remove earlier activity.

Privacy tools and email safety checks can generate activity without a genuine read.
Saved recipient choices still apply when tracking is switched on.
