Send a broadcast

Review a group send before it starts.

1.In Gmail Compose, choose Broadcast in the PitchTrack toolbar. You can also start from Create broadcast in the dashboard.
2.Choose an audience and check the recipient count. Use Insert Tag if the message needs contact details.
3.Write your subject and message, or insert a template. Add an unsubscribe link with its toolbar icon if you want one in this message.
4.Choose Continue and review the recipients, personalised message, tracking choices, and sending settings.
5.Confirm when ready. Open Broadcasts to check progress and recipients needing attention.
6.To leave broadcast mode before sending, choose Close broadcast. Review the normal draft's recipients before sending it.

PitchTrack does not insert an unsubscribe link automatically or block a broadcast just because it is missing. You are responsible for any opt-out required for your message.
Broadcast tracking follows saved recipient choices. A toolbar switch does not override a withdrawal or unsubscribe.
Sending slowly does not guarantee inbox delivery or bypass Google's limits.
Before restarting, check which recipients were already sent a message.
