Add and organise contacts

Keep email and direct-message contacts in one place.

Steps

1.Open Contacts and add a contact, or import your CSV spreadsheet.
2.Check their name and preferred contact method. Someone can stay in your contact list even if they prefer Instagram or SoundCloud and you do not have an email address for them.
3.For SoundCloud, choose SoundCloud as the preferred contact method and save their profile link. For Instagram, choose Instagram DM or use Add Contact Method to add that name, then save their full Instagram profile link and make it preferred.
4.Keep an email address as an alternative if you have one. You do not need to add one for a direct-message contact.
5.Use groups, contact types, genres, and notes to organise your list. Available fields depend on your contact settings.
6.Review tracking choices when adding or importing email contacts. An imported address is not permission to contact or track someone.
7.Save, then search or filter Contacts to check that the right people appear.

Only eligible email contacts with a usable address can receive email broadcasts.
Use Direct Outreach for supported SoundCloud and Instagram contacts. For other custom methods, contact the person yourself using their saved details.
Unsubscribed addresses stay excluded even if you delete and re-import the contact.
