Current Safety Controls

Secure Google Connection

We use Google’s official secure connection to link your account. This means we never see your password, and you can stop our access at any time through your Google settings.

Limited Access

We only ask for permission to send emails and track the ones you send. We never ask for permission to read your private inbox or old messages.

How Tracking Works

We use standard methods to see when an email is opened or a link is clicked, which is then shown in your PitchTrack dashboard so you can follow up.

Account Safety

We built in 'speed limits' for sending emails to make sure your account stays in good standing and your emails don't get blocked or sent to spam.

Is my data safe and private?

Yes. We use industry-standard security to connect safely to your account without ever seeing your password. We only access what's absolutely necessary to track your pitches and run broadcasts.

Can you read my personal emails?

No. PitchTrack cannot read your inbox. Your private conversations and incoming emails are completely inaccessible to us.

Will I know exactly when a contact opens my email?

Yes! You will receive real-time alerts inside Gmail and on your dashboard the moment a recipient opens your pitch or clicks a link. Our technology handles complex background traffic to ensure your reports are as accurate as possible.

Does it work with professional work emails?

Yes. PitchTrack works seamlessly with both personal Gmail and professional work (Google Workspace) accounts. We are designed to meet the same security standards as your company email.

Is this really built specifically for music outreach?

100%. We built PitchTrack specifically for artists, managers, and labels. Everything from our templates to how we track results is tailored for the music industry.

Can I delete my account or disconnect my email?

Of course. You can disconnect your email or delete your entire account at any time through your dashboard settings. Once deleted, your data is completely removed from our systems.
