Your Google connection
Sign-in uses Google, so PitchTrack does not ask for your Google password. The email connection asks to send messages, not to read the inbox through Google's email service. The extension separately accesses the Gmail page you are using to support drafts and displayed tracking information.
What reports can tell you
An open or click is a recorded tracking event, not a confirmed person. Google, Apple and security checks can load images or visit links automatically. Filtering helps reduce noise, but cannot reliably identify every automated event or recover every hidden open.
Respecting recipient choices
Sending permission and tracking permission are separate decisions. Broadcast tracking is off when the relevant permission is unknown. Individual Gmail messages may have tracking on by default when no choice is saved; saved refusals take precedence. Check the recipient's choices before sending.
Unsubscribe links
You choose whether to insert an unsubscribe link. PitchTrack does not automatically add one or block a broadcast because it is missing. You are responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your messages. Saved unsubscribe choices remain separate from contact records.
Disconnecting or deleting
You can revoke PitchTrack access through your Google account. This does not delete PitchTrack data. Settings provides selected-record downloads and a deletion request; deletion needs review and is not an immediate wipe of all provider records and backups.
Protecting your account
Keep your Google account secure and review connected apps. Sending controls do not guarantee delivery or make an outreach campaign lawful. Report unexpected access privately to support. This page is not a security certification or legal advice.
