Reach your contacts on Instagram and SoundCloud

Personalise messages and fill drafts with the extension, with less copying and pasting between contacts.

Steps

1.Add or edit someone in Contacts. An email address is not needed if their preferred contact method is a direct message.
2.For SoundCloud, choose SoundCloud as preferred and save a full profile link. For Instagram, choose Instagram DM or add a contact method named Instagram DM, save their full profile link, and make it preferred.
3.Open Direct Outreach and choose SoundCloud DM or Instagram DM. Contacts appear for the platform saved as their preferred method.
4.Select your contacts, add your track link and write the message, or start from a saved template. Review the preview before preparing the messages.
5.Choose Open & Fill in SoundCloud or Open Instagram DM. With the extension connected and platform access approved, PitchTrack opens the profile and helps fill the prepared message. You may need to sign in or choose Open & Fill Message on the platform.
6.Your message is ready to check. Review the recipient and text, then click Send on Instagram or SoundCloud.
7.Return to PitchTrack to review or update the outreach status.

PitchTrack handles message preparation; you stay in control of the final Send click.
If the extension cannot fill a draft, use Copy message and open the saved profile to paste it. Check the draft before sending.
Save a full profile link, not only a username or a track link, so PitchTrack can open the right person.
Someone who prefers a DM can stay in the same groups and genres as your email contacts. Email broadcasts use eligible email contacts instead; saving a profile link alone does not make someone an email recipient.
Gmail open labels do not tell you whether an Instagram or SoundCloud message was read. Check the platform for replies.
Follow platform rules and the contact's stated preferences.
