1.Open Settings and find the privacy controls.
2.Review contact tracking choices and the supporting notes.
3.Download the account records available there if you need a copy.
4.Use the deletion request control or contact support for other access, correction, or deletion help.

The in-app download includes selected records, not every file, provider record, or backup.
Deletion requests are reviewed; they do not instantly erase every system.
Permission to send is not automatically permission to track. Requirements depend on your audience and location.
