1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PitchTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

PitchTrack offers Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscription plans.

• Recurring Billing: Monthly and Annual plans will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the PitchTrack product. We commit to maintaining the service for as long as it is commercially viable.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise during the checkout process.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PitchTrack for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR regulations.
• Harassing or threatening individuals.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PitchTrack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PitchTrack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.
