Save the repeated work for the tool
The repeated work in a music promo is often assembling the same track link, introduction and sign-off, then moving between profiles. Direct Outreach prepares those drafts from your chosen contacts so you can spend your attention on the recipient.
With the extension connected and platform access approved, PitchTrack helps fill the message on Instagram or SoundCloud. You may need to sign in or open the platform message panel before filling it.
Keep one sentence genuinely specific
Explain why this person is receiving this music. Refer to a relevant release, show, programme or request, rather than claiming a connection you do not have.
A short note such as “This reminded me of the melodic tracks in your latest mix” is useful only when it is true. Avoid adding an automated compliment to every draft.
Check before clicking Send
Review the profile, text and listening link. Prepared does not mean already sent: you remain in control of the final message on the platform.
Do not assume a draft was sent because it was filled successfully. Return to PitchTrack and update the outreach status to reflect what you actually did.
Measure the work without inventing results
Direct Outreach is message preparation, not a promise of social read receipts or live track-play detection. The value is less repeated assembly and more consistent contact organisation.
Keep useful conversations on the platform and respect its messaging limits. A smaller relevant audience is easier to review than a queue of people who did not ask for the same promo.
