Subprocessor categories
Current subprocessor categories include:
- Hosting and application infrastructure.
- Authentication and identity services.
- Email and communication delivery services.
- Security and operational support services.
Data access limits
Subprocessors are expected to receive only the minimum data needed for their service function.
Access is scoped to operational purpose, with controls applied based on service risk.
Vendor changes and requests
Material subprocessor changes are reflected in legal/compliance documentation.
Customers with contractual requirements can request current subprocessor details through Contact Support.
