How providers are used
These services support PitchTrack's account, hosting, sending, storage, billing and support features. Information a provider processes depends on its role and the features you use. Not every provider receives every contact or message.
Product integrations
- Google: sign-in, account authorisation and Gmail delivery, including account details and messages you choose to send.
- Supabase: authentication, application databases and signature-asset storage, including account records, contacts, campaign content, delivery records, tracking activity and stored sending credentials. The database region is EU Central (eu-central-1).
- Vercel: dashboard and server-endpoint hosting, processing requests, associated application data and infrastructure logs needed to serve the site.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions, including billing contact details, customer identifiers, subscription status and transaction records. Payment-card details are entered through Stripe checkout, not sent to PitchTrack support.
- Resend: service and support email delivery, processing relevant message content and delivery addresses.
- Proton Mail: the pitchtrack@proton.me support mailbox, processing correspondence you send and replies.
Hosting and other arrangements
Providers may process data in multiple countries. Database region does not determine every provider's processing location, logs, backups or support access. Applicable transfer arrangements depend on the configured service and provider agreements. Contact pitchtrack@proton.me for arrangements relevant to your data. No UK-only storage or independently verified certification is claimed by this page.
