Information and purpose
The service processes contact details, message content, sending records and tracking activity for storage, sending, reporting and support. Account, billing and security processing may have separate purposes.
Details to review
An agreement should cover the parties, instructions, access controls, providers, processing locations, international transfers, retention, deletion, assistance with data requests and security incidents. Do not assume these are settled by this overview.
