Request types

Submission workflow

Use Contact Support and include enough information to verify ownership and locate records.

  • Account email and related workspace identifiers.
  • Specific request type and scope.
  • Timeline/context for records in question.

Response targets

Initial acknowledgment target: within 3 business days.

Standard completion target: within 30 days, subject to verification and legal constraints.
